Joey Barton

Today, Joey Barton was handed a 12 match  ban and a £75,000 fine by the FA for his actions in his teams 3-2 loss at the Etihad to champions Manchester City on the final day of the premier league season. I think the F.A have got the 12 match ban spot on, although personally I think he should be banned for life but that was never going to happen was it. His actions were perfect evidence of the 'Typical Barton' and this proves and shows why he doesn't play for England, how he is captain for QPR is truly beyond me. The actions he carried out were frankly a disgrace to English football, and his tweets were completely out of order after the game https://twitter.com/Joey7Barton/status/201730865850621952. I  think the £75,000 fine will not make a difference whatsoever, but when he's sitting on the bench or in the stands for 12 games, that will. If  I was Mark Hughes I would release him right now. We all know this is not Barton's first incident and probably not his last, unfortunately.
